3. Cookie 和瀏覽器儲存
本站不用 cookie。瀏覽器的本機儲存（localStorage）只放：登入狀態、語言選擇、「今天已經記過回訪」的標記。清除瀏覽器資料就會消失。
按「用 Google 登入」時，Google 的登入元件依 Google 隱私權政策 運作。
4. 誰看得到、存在哪裡
- 你公開發佈的內容和個人頁，所有人都看得到；設成「不公開」的只有拿到連結的人看得到；草稿和設成「私人」的只有你自己看得到。
- 其他資料只有經營者看得到。我們不賣、不出租、不交給廣告商，除非你同意，或法院、檢警依法要求。
- 存放地點：資料庫和照片在日本東京（Supabase），網站主機在台灣（Google Cloud）。其他服務見第 7 節。
5. 你的權利
依個人資料保護法第 3 條，你可以：查詢或閱覽、要求複本、補充或更正、要求停止蒐集處理利用、要求刪除你的個人資料。
- 個人資料和發佈的內容可以直接在設定頁和作品頁修改、刪除。
- 刪除帳號：設定頁最下面的「刪除帳號」。會立刻刪除你的帳號、個人資料、織圖、作品、照片、按讚、收藏、留言和回訪紀錄，無法復原。匿名使用統計本來就認不出是你，所以不在刪除範圍。
- 其他要求請寫信到 contact@mycenacrochet.com，我們會在 15 天內回覆。
6. 不提供資料會怎樣
不登入也可以使用娃娃設計器、瀏覽織圖和作品。只有發佈、按讚、收藏、留言需要登入。不想被匿名統計的話，打開瀏覽器的「不要追蹤（Do Not Track）」設定，我們就不會送出統計；用擋廣告的外掛通常也會擋掉。

8. 未滿 13 歲

這份政策有變更時會更新最上面的日期；重要的變更會在網站上公告。

2. What we collect, why, and for how long

3. Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no cookies. Your browser's local storage holds only your login session, your language choice, and a "visit already recorded today" marker. Clearing your browser data removes them.
When you use "Sign in with Google", Google's sign-in component follows the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Who can see it, and where it's stored
- Public posts and your profile are visible to everyone; unlisted posts only to people with the link; drafts and private posts only to you.
- Everything else is visible only to the site operator. We never sell, rent or hand your data to advertisers, unless you agree or the law requires it.
- Location: database and photos in Tokyo, Japan (Supabase); web server in Taiwan (Google Cloud). Other services are listed in section 7.
5. Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (Article 3) you may access your data, get a copy, correct it, ask us to stop using it, or ask us to delete it.
- Edit or delete your profile and posts directly in Settings and on each post.
- Delete your account at the bottom of Settings. This immediately deletes your account, profile, patterns, makes, photos, likes, saves, comments and active days, and cannot be undone. Anonymous usage stats can't be linked to you, so they aren't affected.
- For anything else, email contact@mycenacrochet.com. We reply within 15 days.
6. If you'd rather not share data
You can use the doll designer and browse patterns and makes without logging in. Publishing, liking, saving and commenting need an account. To opt out of anonymous stats, turn on "Do Not Track" in your browser and we won't send any; most ad blockers also block them.

8. Children under 13
Children under 13 should use the site with a parent's or guardian's permission.
9. Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top; important changes will be announced on the site.
